If the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR or the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.
ph33e reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Updated Terms will be published on the ph33e website with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the ph33e platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
